Hello Irene, nice to meet you, I'll be going now

I got a call from my Dad on friday telling me that my flight was canceled - Wait what?! Not a funny joke Dad, this is a serious matter don't mess with me two days before I leave...

Not a joke.

Hurricane Irene had shut down the Philly airport, so after some convincing from my Mom and Dad that this was not some elaborate joke, and a few phone calls to US Airways later, I had a new flight, in 24 hours - Wait what?! Yeah, my flight was moved up by a day, and I'm still in Bellingham tying up all my loose ends, humph. I went into hyper drive, getting everything done on my foot-long checklist.

Needless to say I made it to Seattle to eat Dungies with my family and friends, then off to Sea-Tac for an overnight flight to Charlotte, NC. I've found myself a comfy corner to hunker down in while I wait for my 10 hr layover to tick away. So here I am, entertaining myself with the challenge of taking cool photos in an airport that I am, now, all too familiar with.

My 'vitals' as I like to call them: Passport, plane tickets, euros.
